“Karate is a fantastic activity for young
children. They develop self-discipline and
learn how to jump, hop, and skip. These
skills are a foundation for all athletics,”
says Chip Wright Champion Karate instructor
Ms. Brenda Kizzire. A Third Degree
Black Belt, she trains her students while
they are having fun running, jumping and
flying through the air. They also learn to
increase their balance, eye-hand
coordination, and follow directions.
The family-friendly late
afternoon programs, designed for busy families, are
designed to keep young ones engaged and progressing,
not only on the path to their Black Belts, but in
life. Enhancing their athletic skills by
learning basic self-defense techniques, hand

personal responsibility.

regular intervals to earn their
stripes... Yellow Stripe, Purple Stripe,
Orange Stripe, Blue Stripe, Green Stripe,
Red Stripe, Brown Stripe, Black Stripe. This
allows students to see the results of their
